"The Colorado Landscape"
Meet Colorado landscape artist, Sallie K. Smith this Saturday at Saks Galleries in Cherry Creek. Sallie will be demonstrating and discussing her painting techniques with patrons and other artists. Light refreshments served.
Sallie K. Smith says that she is thrilled with the response from patrons and recognizes the truly amazing non-verbal connection that happens through art. Ms. Smith said, "Paintings speak to people for a variety of reasons. I have such a sense of gratification knowing that my art exudes a gentle spirit and joy. Please join me for an afternoon of demonstration and discussion April 7, 2012 - 1:pm - 4:pm."
Saks Galleries presents "An Afternoon with the Artist" series throughout the year with gallery master artists such as: Stephanie Birdsall, Jane Christie, Daniel Glanz, Andrea T. Kemp, Barry Kooser, Skye Mason and Michelle Torrez.
